Game 1 - Post Oak 12 KALL 6

KALL played Post Oak and the game was a nail biter for the first three innings but the Oak in the bats of Post Oak game started a poppin’. McIntyre was the starting pitcher and was supported by Guzack and Nelson. Stone sweated it out as his catching behind the plate help support the pitching staff. Infield was defended by Willey, Mendoza, Nelson and Guzack.  The outfielders supporting cast was Jiral, Page, Quiring, Mathiasmeier and Whisman

 

Game 2 - Missouri City 12 KALL 13

Little League baseball at its best as parent’s emotions were on a roller-coaster ride as KALL came out strong and kept on battling throughout the entire three hour game that concluded at 10:45 in the setting stars. The game featured a home run blast by Missouri City, consistent emotional toughness and hustle from both teams. Stone was the starting pitcher and Willey followed and then “ICE” (Mendoza) who came in for relief and didn’t allow anything to bother him. McIntyre hustled behind the plate and supported the team’s pitchers the entire game. Infield was defended by Willey, Mendoza, Nelson and Guzack.  The outfielders supporting cast was Jiral, Miller, Page, Quiring, Mathiasmeier and Whisman. Some highlights of the game were the double-play in right field, two triples and a precision bunt.

Game 3 Bellaire 5 KALL 7

A game that showed team work is vital to moving ahead.  The pitching staff of Guzack, Willey, Nelson, McIntyre and Mathiasmeier combined to bring out the win.  Mathiasmier two pitches and “cat-like” reflexes provided the final out to seal the win.  Infield was defended by Willey, Mendoza, Nelson and Guzack.  The outfielders supporting cast was Jiral, Miller, Page, Quiring, Mathiasmeier and Whisman. Other highlights included precision bunting and hits in the gap to provide the win.

 

Game 4 West Univ Nat'l 6 KALL 2 - Wednesday, June 11, 2008
Well all things must come to an end and the kids played hard but the pitching of WU slowed the bats of KALL.
